Renwold ("we", "us", "our") operates renwold.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If you have any question about it, email support@renwold.com.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number and payment information. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems or visible to us.
When you browse the site, we automatically receive your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page and the pages you view. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
When you subscribe to our emails, we collect your email address and the date you subscribed.
When you contact us, we keep the correspondence and any details you include so we can resolve your query and refer back to it later.
Why we use it
- To process your order, take payment and arrange delivery
- To send order confirmations, tracking and delivery updates
- To handle returns, refunds, replacements and support requests
- To screen orders for fraud and prevent abuse
- To send marketing emails, where you have chosen to receive them
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the parties needed to run the store:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders
- Payment providers, which process payments and screen for fraud
- Shipping carriers, which need your address to deliver your order
- Our email provider, which sends order and marketing emails
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes with anyone who is not directly involved in fulfilling your order.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our customers, or to investigate fraud.
International transfers
Because we ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, and because our providers operate internationally, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We use providers who apply appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for as long as required to meet our tax and accounting obligations. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for resolving related issues.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you
- Provide you with a copy of it
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop using it for marketing
If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another region with comparable data protection law, you may also object to certain processing, request that we restrict it, ask for your data in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Marketing emails
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing support@renwold.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails about an order you have placed.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, keep the site secure, and understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, including checkout, may not work correctly if you do.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@renwold.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any change takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated.
