Who may order

Products, descriptions and pricing
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings and the lighting in your room, and measurements are taken by hand and may vary marginally.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, refunding you in full.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where an order appears to be placed for resale.
Availability
Stock levels can change between the moment an item is added to your cart and the moment you check out. If something becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Product care
Care instructions are provided on the product page and with your order. Damage caused by failing to follow them, by misuse, or by normal wear over time, is not a manufacturing fault.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, video, graphics and layout, belongs to Renwold or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or republish it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Your submissions
If you send us comments, suggestions, photographs or reviews, you grant us permission to use, reproduce and publish them without obligation to you. You are responsible for anything you submit, and it must not be unlawful, misleading or infringe anyone else's rights.
Third-party links
Where this site links to third-party sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Review their terms and policies before using them.
